Change Your Profile Information


To change any of the information in your profile, you must make the changes within the Profile window, submit them for review and an administrator will apply your requested changes.


  1. Click ‘Customer Sign-On’. The ‘Login’ window will be displayed.
  2. Enter the User ID and Password. The ‘Your Accounts’ window will be displayed.
  3. Click the ‘Your Profile’ link to display your information, make the desired changes and click the Request Change button at the bottom of the form.
  4. Click Reset to clear the fields and start over if necessary.
  5. To cancel any changes, close the form by clicking ‘Home’ without saving.

An administrator must review the information and approve the changes before they will be reflected in the application.
