How to Sign-On As a Customer

You must be registered (Using the ‘Register’ function) before you can sign on.  Your user ID, account number and account type information will be provided to you on bills and assessments you have received previously or as a separate document sent to you by the County as seen below.   You can use a web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox) to gain access the County Online Services website (https://www.countygp.ab.ca/EN/main/government/online-services/my-tax-account.html).
